Who is Sieber?

The company SIEBER is actually born on the 3rd of October 1981, when the parents of Sieber Marly gave him his first name. But he waited after his graduation in 2007 at Rits Brussels to start a nonprofit organization with his first name as company title. The originality of his name and the fact that he believes that the title of a work and the artist should be in the spotlight, not the company name, make the statues of his company. Sieber works as freelance producer/production manager and produces own productions of all kinds. Together with Jonas Baeckeland, a director he graduated with, he also owns the company Blauwhuis where he produces film and theatre with the creative support of writer/director Jonas Baeckeland.

Sieber is a man, born in 1981 in Bruges. Grew up with his parents in Zuienkerke near the sea of Belgium, where they had a grocery store. 
Graduated in 2004 at Rits Brussels as Technician and Floor Manager for Theatre, followed by a graduation in 2007 at Rits Brussel as Audiovisual Production Assistent for Film and Television. In his free time Sieber acts in commercials and theatre.

During his education from 2002 till 2012 he worked each summer for a theatre festival, Theater Aan Zee in Ostend, where he evoluated to head of logistics and safety matters. For three years during this festival period he was also head of construction for a music festival, Feest in het park in Oudenaarde, and he initiated a small music festival in his hometown Zuienkerke.

At the beginning of his career he worked as a theatre technician and did some small tours in Belgium. By doing this he discovered that his technical skills are not the skills he will keep on using for the rest of his life. So now he mainly works and develops himself as production manager and producer in the audiovisual industry.
